Had Ranma been assimilated with fully viable DNA they wouldn't have even survived this long, much less had these dreams. They would have just died.
Gina and Penny dreamed of themselves, different. They were lightly colored with scales and bore hard claws that vaguely resembled fingernails. Their eyes were dark and almost glassy. They certainly looked alien, though to anyone that had seen Sil they would seem mostly human.
Nearby was Britanny, looking almost the same as usual, except the same, dark, glassy eyes.
If they took note of these differences, it wasn't noticed for long as Ranma came into their dreams, and they were concerned with different things.
They stalked closer to him, as he came towards them. And as Ranma and the girls slept, they made love again, and again and again.
All in their minds.

Penny snapped awake with a gasp in her own tent. She almost considered that last night, Ranma and everything had all been a strange dream provoked by her concerns with Gina. But a certain...soreness convinced her otherwise. Her medical knowledge was more than enough to determine what had happened.
And there was something else as well.
She could feel them...Ranma, Gina, Britanny. All of them. She could only feel Ranma faintly now, he was already too far away for her to pinpoint directly. But she did feel her...sisters, the word just slipped into her head. They were close enough that she knew where they were.
Penny shivered and stood up, barely noting the disarray of her pajamas (Ranma was not the most skilled at dressing someone else) as she made her way to the Diggers' tent, noting the sun was just barely rising.
Britanny was still snoring, with a contented purr in her throat, as Penny unzipped the tent flap and proceeded inside, zipping the tent closed behind her. Looking over Gina, who had turned over in her sleep, Penny realized that she was in perfect position to wedgie her long time rival.
She moved over slowly, reaching for Gina's ass and...found herself caressing it. Shocked nearly senseless she continued on autopilot, listening to the still sleeping Gina moan appreciatively. A second trailed up into Gina's pajama top and played across her breasts.
Penny leaned down over Gina's face and caught the moaning blonde in a burning kiss. In moment's Gina was pressed against her body, and their tongues were darting about speedily in each other's mouths as hands roamed.
And then the burst apart, blinking at each other as dark and glassy eyes returned to human form. Both of them gasped and took in a deep breath.
Brit yawned awake and smacked her lips, still half-asleep.
"Heya guys," she said tiredly, moving to kiss first Gina and then Penny full on the mouth. "Good...urk." And suddenly what she had just done came clear to Britanny.
"Girlfriends..." Penny said, all three twitching at the term. "We have to talk."
