Ranma's main power was a combination of Emotional Control and some minor Empathy. Possible powers that might develop connected to the emotion powers were telepathy and mind control. But even his emotional powers weren't full developed yet. At the moment he was just broadcasting two emotion. Desire for attractive females his age and aggression for most males. Which was surprising, given his lack of training.
What was also interesting was the fact that some of his Chi attacks were based on the power of his emotions. From what Xavior had seen from Ranma's mind, the power of his confindence created a powerful weapon. If his emotional powers developed, he might be able to convert the emotions that he feels using the empathy into powerful psionic energy blasts.
Ranma was full of undeveloped potential...potential that others might wish to expliot. Luckly, Wolverine and Storm had gone to met him at the airport.
