A girl with aqua hair was in a violin specialty shop in Nerima talking with the owner. Why the best violin specialty shop in Tokyo was in Nerima was simple.
The Martial Arts School of Classical Music Combat was three blocks down the street. However that didn't mean that his only customers were the students of the school. He had some normal people buying his violins too.
"I will buy this one." Michiru Kaiou pointed at one violin.
"As you wish Kaiou-san." The owner said.
"Thank you Kuroda-san." Michiru said as the man nodded.
As the man was putting the violin in it's case Michiru felt a magical aura more powerful than any she had felt before. Before she became a Sailor Senshi she had somewhat of a 6th sense about magic and things like that.
After she became a Senshi the sense kicked in overdrive. Especially when she used her mirror. After receiving the package from the store owner she disappeared down an alley and transformed.
Using the mirror she saw a handsome man with long, dark hair throwing blasts around an empty lot. Time to be a heroine once again.

At the empty lot Ranma was practicing his new spells from the Bastard manga. The spells he was practicing were the small ones. Sensing an attack he quickly sidestepped it and looked towards it's origin.
What he saw was a very attractive woman in a very skimpy outfit.
'A Senshi here? She must have sensed me training in my magic.'
"May I be permitted to ask why such a lovely lady such as yourself is attacking me?" Ranma asked.
Blushing slightly Michiru answered."You are using magic and destroying the area around you."
"So by using magic I am evil. I never thought by using magic I would be evil. A little mischievious but not evil." Ranma paused. "Wait a minute. You're using magic too; so that means you are evil too."
"I am not evil, sir."
"But you just said that anyone using magic is evil and since you use magic that means you're evil. I must admit I'm a little saddened a beauty such as you judges a person like that."
Michiru stopped and thought about what he said and realized he was right. The thoughts going around in her mind were like this.
'He's right. What gives only the Senshi the right to have and use magic? What makes us right and everyone wrong?'
"Please join me for a talk. You can tell me why you attacked me. Plus it gives me the time to get to know such lovely lady such as you. My name is Ranma Saotome and you are known to me; Sailor Neptune."
Michiru reluctantedly explains what the Senshi are fighting for. Ranma frowns at the mention of the Great Freeze and Crystal Tokyo where the Senshi rule.
"I see. By the way do you know what Crystal Tokyo is like? Or even the fact is it a good place? Do you even know what you are fighting for Sailor Neptune?"
Sailor Neptune explains that Sailor Pluto says it's a good place to live and people enjoy living there.
"How do you know she is telling the truth? From what I've heard of Sailor Pluto she only tells people two things. The knowledge of what she has on the subject."
"And the second?" Michiru was almost afraid to ask the question.
"What she wants people to hear. I can show you with this. It's called the Nanban Seeing Mirror. I duplicated it from the Nanban Mirror but you cannot travel through time with this one. You can only see the past or future. Do you want to see what you are truly fighting for?"
Michiru seems scared than slowly nods.
"Very well Sailor Neptune." Ranma pauses. "Nanban Seeing Mirror, show us the truth of Crystal Tokyo."
"Very well
