Nabiki had been eating at the Nekohanten with a group of friends to settle a bet. Ranma had been sent to go fetch her for some Tendo family thing, naturally Akane had to go with him to make sure the Amazons kept their paws off. Konatsu had been following and mentioned this to Ukyou who then took a lunch break to look in on the competition. Ryouga was looking for the Dojo, and the Kunos were thankfully no where in sight.
However, that was just the regulars.
A group of gaijin had entered the restuarant as well. And these outsiders were from quite a different place altogether. They came in three groups.
The first group were obviously tourists. The most stand-out among them was a huge, shapely woman with red-hair and freckles. There was also a young blonde guy who seemed to have down far too much sugar. They were sitting with a brown-haired young man, a red-headed cocky looking fellow, a black-haired man, a tall, regal blonde man, a blonde girl with cat-ears, a red-haired young man bearing a resemblance to the tall woman, a dark-skinned couple, a cute brunette, a winged girl and dark-haired girl.
Following this group were two other groups. One involved a small, perky, nervous looking blonde and a rather evil looking red-head. The second group involved three sneaky looking college-aged kids with buck teeth, consisting of two girls and a guy.
The restaurant was packed.
This fact alone earned Mousse a severe punishment later, not even considering the effects of what had happened.
And meanwhile, Ranma, caught in the dust caught sight of.
