The change to Akane's hairdo had been a last-minute decision on Ranma's part. He really wanted to be able to tell her apart from the original and that counted double for the others. He didn't know that the 'talent increase' he had asked for would suffice (Well, except Mousse if he wasn't wearing his glasses...)
Kumiko was watching over the process and smiled. The two personacoms would be ready only a few minutes after Ranma was finished with his skills download.
Ranko had been originally programmed to the requirements of Tatewaki Kuno. That explained the rather ecchi basic skill package of the red-headed android. Oh, and she was also capable of full physical interaction, of course (nudge, nudge, wink, wink and all that...).
Kumiko had looked at Ranma's psychological profile, thanks to the brain scan made in the preliminary phase of his hypno-education. She saw the fear of intimacy, reluctance to committment and all the other little misconceptions that kept him from having a healthy relationship with a girl. She felt Ranko could well be the perfect person to teach Ranma about all the aspects of a male/female relationship before he could pursue one with his fiancee so she didn't erase the original programming.
She raised an eyebrow when she saw that he was now an esper, thanks to them. Cyberdine knew that an alien invasion was on the way and was looking for candidates for 'enhancement', so to speak. Their goal was to establish a proper line of defence for when the time would come.
Curious about mister Saotome's newly acquired psychic talents, she asked for a power level and capabilities estimate. The computer answered quickly :
