" No, let them sort this out." Julia said, shaking her head lightly.
" What's got Ryoga was ticked off? When he heard about the engagement he went ballistic." Usa grumbled, embarassed at Ryoga's blockheaded antics.
" Pig-boy blows up easily if anything concerns Ranma. He's the least worst of the Nerima crew, but he stills has this 'blame Ranma for my woes' mentality. Britanny said rolling her eyes.
" I think the fight's over now." Stripe said as he observed.
" How'd you figure that? I mean they're still fighting." Genn looked at Stripe oddly.
" He's right, just watch." Gar said.
*KA-RACK!* *WHAM!* *SMACK* *REARRANGE!*
Having gotten tired of this farce, Ranma employed the 'instant human pretzel' technique he used on Ryoga before Bacon-breath learned the Breaking Point technique. Grabbing Ryoga by the nose his hand became a blur as he seemingly smacked him to the naked eye, but in reality had dislocated and rearranged his limbs.
" DAMN YOU RANMA!" Ryoga ranted, struggling to fix himself.
" Oh drop it Ryoga I'm not in the mood!" Ranma growled, his aura flashing red for a moment, making Ryoga shut up. Ranma was NOT in a good mood, in the span of 24 hours he'd found himself pursued by Alien Princesses, and offically engaged to two of them! (Well Usa wasn't an Alien but a time travler but oh well)
Little did Ranma know in Queen Shiva of Salusia's bed chambers was a document signed by Genma stating Ranma would be a 'representive' of earth and marry the Queen's Daughter.
Suddenly a Gateway opened and Cologne hobbled out. While her own Gatescroll was gone, she had no qualms 'retaking' the one she found in Happosai's stash of 'treasures'. " Son-in-law!"
Ranma just hung his head and groaned. " WHAT NOW old Ghoul?!"
" What is the meaning of Shampoo being chased by Akane?"
" Huh?! Why would Mallet-Girl chase her?" Luan inquired.
" Most likely because she shallowed that dumb pill Shampoo tried to feed me." Ranma answered glaring daggers at Cologne. " I dunno what your problem is, its just the stupid day pill. Shampoo can outrun Akane that long. But I thought it made you fall for the first person of the opposite gender, not the same."
" I'm afraid its more serious than that. I altered the pill so it would be a lifetime pill."
Ranma blanched, then his face hardened. " Oh I see...so you were gonna feed me that damn pill so you can haul me off to China to marry Shampoo. You know I'm getting SICK of your friggin' schemes to make me marry Shampoo so you can 'add my blood' to your damn tribe!"
" And tampering with those love pills was not very wise or ethical Cologne. Its common knowledge that tampering with certain forms of magic is asking for trouble. As a side effect of your tampering the pill it seems now makes you fall in love with whomever you see first regardless of gender." Theo stating, frowning. " And who knows what other effects it might have on the girls's psyche. Her violent tendacies or low-key perversions could explode in uncontrolable proportions or a combination."
Cologne felt her face pale....she was so intent on ensnaring Ranma she had neglected to think about the conseqences of tampering with the magic in the pills. " Oh dear..."
" Looks like we have to clean up your mess Ghoul...c'mon Dr. Diggers let's get this over with." Ranma said, and Theo nodded in agreement.
Cologne blinked and looked at them both. "..Why?"
" As much as I'm very pissed at you Ghoul I'm not one to leave somebody to such a fate." Ranma stated.
" As an Arch Mage it is also my duty to handle situations of abused magic and what-not."
Ranma turned to the others as Theo was casting the gate spell. " We'll be back in a flash." And in a flash they were gone.
