Pluto's first reaction was to try and kill that dragon in the sky ,but after seeing it blow away so many youma like that plus the damage to the city she decided not to. She even considered awakening Saturn but decided not to. The main reason was if one dragon survived perhaps a few others did as well.
Her second reaction from hearing the Dragon speak and call them by their ancient titles with respect nearly caused her to faint at how close of a mistake she had almost made. Nearly killing an ally in the battle of good is bad for your stress level.
The last reaction she had was when the dragon transformed itself into a man. Over several millenia Pluto herself had seen many handsome men but this one took the prize for the Hunk of all Hunks. She frowned when she saw the Inner Senshi trying to get him for a boyfriend. But to her he was a last chance.
Almost all dragons if they reach a certain age our immortal. That is true for most cases but when it comes to dragons of this one's power he is automatically immortal.
