The changes, however, were happing slowly, and under careful supervision as Ranma-chan, unbeknownst to her, was held, nearly frozen, after putting on the uniform of a female traffic cop.
A discussion over the nature of the changes was being held at the same time.
"Are you losing your touch? You didn't even make his curse permanent!"
He chuckled. "Not at all. What good would that do? I have plans for Saotome-san to upset the status quo at Bokouto Precinct."
As the wizard spoke, Ranma-chan grew taller, and slightly more mature, and curvier, to match her new height, filling out the uniform nicely while losing none of her musclemass, and her flame red hair darkened slightly to a brownish auburn, the pigtail pulling into her head in a jaw length bob haircut, popular with twenty something women in the area.
Time resumed it's normal speed, the changes to Ranma-chan complete.
The wizard smiled. "So, nothing for you today, Ranma?"
Ranma winced. "No thanks, old man. And, I'm kinda hidin' out here, so if ya see me again in my girl form, the name's Tsujimoto, okay?"
The wizard smiled. "Of course. I'll see you around, Natsumi-san."
Natsumi Tsujimoto, aka Ranma Saotome, stepped out of the store, and headed for her first day at work. Right outside, she nearly knocked over someone who, upon second glance, wore a uniform similar to hers...
