Mostly this went unnoticed, as the majority of those involved were unconscious, but they did start taking effect.
Mousse and Ranma were perhaps the least affected, having too much a history of resentment between them, especially with Ranma aware that this whole mess was the blind martial artists fault. About all that had been managed was a lessening of hostility between the two. Though, upon facing what he had done, perhaps an enhanced sense of guilt would come through for the near-blind fighter.
Kodachi was still facing the revelations revealed to her by Cologne, and wondering about things in her past. And at this point beginning to apply a fruedian logic to every event in her life, right down toward giving the "red-haired harridan" that rose on their first meeting. Perhaps she was putting too much thought into analyzing herself.
Nabiki on the other hand was still dreaming, being a late sleeper by nature and rather expended after the night's events. And, in addition to the normal dreams of an investment empire, certain parts of Nabiki that proved she was related to Kasumi had been awakened. Her current dreams involved her managing her lovely Kodachi's gymnastic career as she raised their children (there were so many ways to achieve that these days). Nabiki, housewife and business woman, why not?
Nabiki's conscious mind was getting rather confused at how much she was accepting.
Ryouga and Shampoo were being affected about as much as Nabiki. Considering their laws, Shampoo was already married, so she was fast on her way to accepting it. Ryouga, would certainly want to do the right thing. They were likely to have the easiest time of these three couples, having neither dislike for each other, nor being a couple that was not highly accepted socially.
But...there was a fourth couple just waking up...
