[Episode 48006] [Episode 48006]Smiling slightly, Ranma looked over at the woman in his arms, the woman that was pregnant with their child. Sure, the family might not have been all that pleased with him, but, knowing Britanny genuinely cared for him made the situation he was in easier to handle.
He stroked a hand over Britanny's cheek lovingly. He felt incredibly lucky to be with Britanny. He had more or less, derailed her life by getting her pregnant. He knew she should be angry with him, yet, she took it in stride, even seemed very happy with the fact that she was pregnant... Even though she was a bit on the 'young'.
But then again, so was Ranma. Both of them were sixteen and going to be parents. This was something Ranma never saw coming. To him, life was about becoming the greatest martial artist to ever live. Now, after meeting Britanny, he knew that he would have to look into more important things. Like making sure Britanny and their child grew up safely and happily.
Britanny began to awaken slowly, her eyes creaking open. She felt pressure on her body and realized that Ranma was hugging her. "R, Ranma?"
"B, Britchan?" Ranma asked, hugging her tightly to him.
Britanny could feel the urgency in Ranma's hug and hugged him back. "Are you all right? Is something wrong?"
Ranma shook his head. "Britanny... I love you, but I'm still sorry that I forced you into the situation we're in. You shouldn't have this kind of stress forced upon you."
Placing a hand on Ranma's cheek, Britanny smiled at him. She leaned her head forward and kissed Ranma. They held the kiss for some time until they broke apart. "I love you too, Ranma..."
Ranma managed to smile again. Britanny really was the kindest women he'd ever known. And he felt pretty damned lucky to have her love. "So, Britanny... Should we get up?"
Britanny thought on that for a moment. A huge grin started to appear across her face. "How about we 'sleep in'?"
A smile that mimiced Britanny's appeared on Ranma's own face. "Sounds good to me."
And so, two giggly teens disappeared underneath the bedsheets and blankets of Britanny's bed.
