" Ranma, Jallie welcome back." Britanny greeted them.
" Thanx Brit, where's Stripe and everyone else?"
" Stripe's outside, and Gina's with Brianna in the lab cooking up something. The others dunno." Britanny shrugged. " Oh Ranma Stripe wanted to talk with you real quickly. While you two chat Jalliele can give me a hand with some snacks."
" Okay I'll go see him." Ranma noddd and left to go outside.
Meanwhile the womenfolk went into the kitchen, Britanny opened the fridge and took a few items out for eats (a good many tuna), she looked at Jalliele for a second with a sympathectic gaze. " Sorry the Honeymoon got hosed.."
" Couldn't be helped." Jalliele sighed. " Although I was hoping to come back from my Honeymoon pregnant." She admitted with a small plush.
Britanny couldn't help but grin. " Ahhhh seems my estimate of your intentions at the wedding were right."
Jalliele blushed further as she began to help prepare some sandwiches. " Was I that obvivious?"
" Well as a Mother-to-be I guess I at least picked up on it. You just had this... 'wanna be a momma' look in your eye, especially when you uh told me some of the plans you had for the honeymoon."
" Well then I won't deny it anyway, I do want children and so does Ranma. We both figure why not, we're ready and willing."
" That's the spirit! Hehehe be nice to share some of the maternity joys with someone else." Britanny chuckled.
Meanwhile outside Ranma was talking to Stryyp, who was cooking on the grill (mostly to help him calm his nerves).
" My question is who the hell knows about the Kryn artifacts that would gain something from attempting to steal them, then kill a bunch of guards and setting off the alarm?"
" I don't know Ranma...whoever this is, is confident enough of their own prowess that they didn't care about alerting themselves to everyone's presence." Stryyp replied as he fliped over a tunafillet and some burgers.
Ranma held up his forearm, his artifact bracer flowed gently then stopped. " I just hope this isn't going to be another long drawn out battle or suspenseful quest of some sort...I'm ready for settling down."
" Me too Ranma me too." Stryyp agreed...Britanny and himself were now ready for parenthood. Both did not like this situation anymore than the others did.
A mile away or so a black ship descended and landed....trouble was comming.
