After Brock calmed down, Mihoshi explained the rules was bind to and asked for Brock's wish.

Brock wished....

that the genie will be his significant other, or something like that....
that he would meet his destined other half....
that Ash and Misty would actually get along. He was miffed about the few childish arguments they had recently.
that something be done about Team Rocket...
for something else...
Something else happens.... there are million things that could happen after all....
