Ranma waited impatiently for a eternity, or fifteen minutes, for Akane to finish shopping in Furries 4 U. He hated waiting for women to shop so much that he didn't even wonder why Akane had walked into an exotic pet shop.

When Akane finally left the store, Ranma was in for a surprise. After all he never expected ...

• Akane to leave the store by another route. What had happened to her?
• a furry Akane to be led out of the store by a leash. She'd been transfurred and sold!
• Akane to tell him to look for the wizard on her own as she was staying behind to get a makeover that would solve her problem.
• Akane to tell him she was staying behind to get a make-over that would solve her problem. So Ranma decided he'd try that cure too,
• Akane to emerge leading a furry someone else by a leash.
• that. No, he'd never have expected that to happen!
