The uniform was a red one-piece with alternating patterns of dark blue and white stripes, almost like a tiger. At least it came with a black leather trench-coat to wear. And the pay really was too good to pass up.
Hell, the money wasn't good. It was great!
And thus, Ranma made her way to her new area of employment. She thought it odd that a scientist would set up on the outskirts of town, in an abandoned building. But, who was she to judge. Nerima had numerous a weirdos. As soon as she made it, she knocked on the door...
And was then surprised to feel a chi of another fighter behind her. "You're late Saotome..." The person said.
Turning around, Ranma could see that the man was Japanese, and a ninja. Ranma smirked, she could use the exercies. "I take it you want to fight?" She asked as she got into a fighting stance.
The ninja shook his head. "No. I shall just lead you to our master, Lord Talon. Follow me."
Ranma stood there for a moment. "Who are you?"
The ninja narrowed his eyes at her, and was silent, as if contemplating if she deserved to know or not. After a few long moments, he said, "Daishi."
Placated for the moment, Ranma nodded her head. "Well, lead the way Daishi."

Ranma was in awe as she looked around the the 'base'. The abandoned building as just a 'cover' for this underground medical facility. There were all sorts of equipment around. The whole placed gleamed with metals, glass, plastics, and medical supplies. "What is this, some sort of hospital?"
Nodding his head, Daishi answered, "In a way it is..."
Ranma nodded her head as she continued to move around. She then noticed an African American man walk up to her that she had met with the other day, whom had offered her the job. "Jason Ionis I presume?"
Nodding his head, Ionis replied. "You're late Red."
Suddenly, Ranma heard a bit of chuckling, the voice female. "Well, I always knew you had a thing for red-heads Jason... And this proves it."
Gringing, Ionis said, "Shut up Janine..."
Blinking, Ranma was impressed. She heard the woman's voice, yet she couldn't feel he rpresence around the area.
"THERE YOU ARE!" A voice called out as a set of doors that elad into another room opened. Ranma watched as a kid came walking up to her, he wore glasses, had short,s cruffy brown hair, and he wore a lab-coat.
Blinking, Ranma asked, "Who're you?"
"I," The boy began. "Am Lord Erwin Talon!" The boy said.
Ranma blanched. "Y, you're my boss? My boss is an eight year old kid!?" Ranma asked in shock.
"I'm eleven, actually." Erwin corrected.
Ranma couldn't believe this... After coming to her senses, she asked, "So, now that I'm here what do you want me to do?"
Erwin smiled.
"Y, YOU KNEW!?"
"A fight? No problem!"
"Sure... How hard could it be?"
