Neither Ranma nor Genma spoke Chinese. The vast majority of pursuing Chinese Amazons didn't have a good grasp of the Japanese language.
The Tendo daughters - on the other hand - did not have that language barrier.
Therefore - Ranma going in for a "nice hot soak" and Genma's attempt to get all three girls to go after Ranma for some wild sex scenes (reasoning that one of them would be successful and that Ranma would oppose the union a lot less after being seduced by a pretty and enthusiastic bedmate) would actually have results.
Kasumi considered the benefits of a nice hot soak with her fiance whom she deeply loved and wanted to marry.
Nabiki was already stripping right there in the kitchen due to the inhibition lowering effect of the Mellow Yellow, and was planning out her seduction details.
Akane was just planning to grab the boy and have her way with him.
So Ranma was a little surprised as three naked girls opened the door to the bathroom and looked at him with the sort of hungry smouldering "I need sex NOW" gazes that he had absolutely never seen before even in magazines.
