"That sounds like a good place," Brianna said. Looking over the advertisement, with instructions on where to find the place, she smiled. "And it's outside city-limits too. This is perfect!"
Shaking her head, Sheila said, "I don't think so."
"And why not?" Brianna asked. "Look at this, it's lots of room and I could work on my inventions with no problem!"
"Gargoyles," Sheila said. "Lots of stupid, man-eating gargoyles."
Blinking Ranma asked, "What do those have to do with the place?"
Sighing, Sheila said, "The Tower of Naelc was built from a cliff of a rare red marble. However, this cliff they took the materials from had caves that were home to a grouping of Gargoyles. As soon as the Tower was completed, the Gargoyles moved in. They've never been able to complete the structure, nor sell it because of all the Gargoyles."
Shrugging her shoulders, Brianna smirked. "So it's a 'fixer-upper'. No biggie. We'll just buy the place for sqyat and go in there and take out those Gargoyles and then we can fix it up to how we'll need it."
Ranma smirked, "Well, I can't have that. You two are pregnant. So, just sit back and let me take care of those Gargoyles for you!"
Sheila sighed. Her husband and co-wife were brave, but stupid. "Listen youy two, you just don't go off fighting Gargoyles, you have toHEY!" Sheila said as Brianna lifted her up. The Lycanthropoid then left the building and went running while carrying Sheila and Ranma.

Corbin Naelc, a Fairie Elf with short violet hair nodded her head as she looked at Ranma, Brianna, and Sheila. "As you now know, that while the Tower is mostly completed, we have not been able to finish the decor of some of the rooms on the top floor, since that is when the Gargoyles started to move in. It's been no use. We've tried for the past 5 months to get those things out but it's been no use. So, by Court Order of Seer's Hamlet Law Offices, I've been forced to sell the Naelc Tower to anyone who can clear it out, and charge them only..." Corbin wanted to cry, "Only 4 Gold Pieces... Even though it cost me 5,000 platinum pieces to cmmission this place to be built! WAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!"
Brianna smiled. "DEAL!"
