[Episode 5141] [Episode 5141]"It must be a Clow Card," remarked a ten year old girl wearing an Elementary School uniform and carrying a fancy rod, which most present recognized as a magical focus. She reached out with the rod to poke the sparking reddish-pink bubble.
Before she could, Sakura found herself swept up into someone's arm and pulled back. "Yue?" she murmured, feeling a familiar energy, before realizing that that person was definitely female.
Her saviour wasn't done however. Moving seamlessly, she fired a wide blast of positively-aspected spiritual energy, cancelling out the aquamarine and yellow spheres of energy which had been travelling towards the bubble, through Sakura's own location.
"It's generally not a good idea to go poking heedlessly at things you don't know anything about, not to mention blasting them," she glanced importantly over at Uranus and Neptune. "It generally only marks you as either a complete amateur, an idiot, or luck-prone."
Sakura winced, but her rescuer only smiled comfortingly, "personal experience, you'll learn. Hopefully, faster then those two, with their habit of 'attack first, question the ashes'"
"Sailor Moon!" Sakura gushed, "Oh wow, I never expected to meet you in person. Those Clow Cards may be annoying, but they're nothing like the sorts of would-be conquerors and destroyers you typically face. Can I have your autograph?"
A dry chuckle interrupted, "Perhaps we can take care of the matter at hand first?"
Everyone turned to Cologne, who herself turned to the four males who had unexpectedly appeared. "So how did the four of you escape?"
"We were looking for... something," Mousse mused, "but couldn't find it. So, we ended up following Ryöga."
"And promptly followed him straight out of an inescapable trap," sighed Cologne. "So, I take it that there isn't anyone else still in there?"
"Nah," replied Ryöga, "this is everyone. Why, what's going on here?"
Cologne quickly brought all of the new arrivals up to date on the situation.
"So if I had actually touched it, I would have been swept inside?" gaped Sakura, looking vaguely nauseous.
"I'd hate to find out what might have happened had I allowed those attacks actually hit," remarked Sailor Moon.
"Idiot Mousse always fail seduce Shampoo!" growled Shampoo, as she smashed him into unconsciousness.
"So, why is the bubble still there?" asked Ukyö. "Since there aren't any guys in there to distract them, why haven't they put that ten inch ruby away?"
Ryöga, meanwhile, was scrounging into his backpack, clearly in search for something.
"What are you looking for, Ryöga-kun," asked Akane.
"Just a little something I found recently," stammered Ryöga, "Akari didn't seem to care for it, so I thought you might like it better."
"That's sweet," smiled Akane. "So what is it?"
"Just a round faceted ten inch sapphire I found. It's probably just some sort of fake, but it still looks quite nice."
"Exactly what happened when you showed it to Akari, sugar?" inquired Ukyö, fearing she already knew the answer.
Ryöga's blush was confirmation enough for anyone.
"Oh my," commented Kasumi, "another one?"
"Indeed," noted Cologne, "and this one obviously targets females. It seems that we must wait for those within to be fully satiated. Unfortunately, the bubble is clearly still unstable, so that can't happen yet."
"I knew he was a pervert," growled Akane. "He tricks my sister into bed and clearly isn't satisfied."
Several incomprehensive looks shot at Akane before Cologne replied, "half right, although not in the ways that you imply, Miss Tendö. While Nabiki and Ranma's male form can certainly take care of one another, there is still nobody in there who can take care of son-in-law's female form. And I certainly don't see any viable candidates here."
There was some glancing around, but general agreement among the various females, much to the irritation of the males. Well, okay, maybe not. Soun and Genma were busy celebrating the union of the schools, Mousse was unconscious, and Ryöga was still distracted.
