Mousse stealing the Zeus Ball in order to get Shampoo had been unplanned by her. Cologne wondered if Mousse had even thought it through. Since Shampoo didn't really like Mousse that much, this could be considered rape - much like using one of those "date rape" drugs could be construed as such. Coming from an Amazon village, Mousse would likely be viewing life as a eunuch at best if Shampoo declared it a rape.
Once Mousse had stolen it, Cologne had come up with a plan to take advantage of it.
Jusenkyo curses would be negated within the sphere. Simply trick Ranma into going in at the same time as Shampoo. Ranma would turn into a guy - and Shampoo might not have Ranma as a husband but she could bring Ranma's baby back as a nice souveneir.
Shampoo wouldn't have to die as a failure, honor would be maintained, Ranma could go off and do whatever fool thing he wanted to do, strong blood for the tribe, and while everybody wouldn't be happy - they'd mainly be content after a cooling off period.
Cologne finished another paralysis shiatsu on one of the concerned male parties to the events and chuckled as Happosai bounced off the pink wall again. "Give it up, Happi. Only fertile men and women can enter. No children, wandering housepets, insects, or impotent old men."
The gathered crowd gasped.
Happosai looked particularly small and pitiable. "...but..."
"I can't enter either, being long past menopause," admitted Cologne.
"That explains it!" Daisuke exclaimed aloud to Hiroshi. "No wonder he's satisfied with peeping and underwear. The old fellow can't get-"
"LALALALALALALA," sang Happosai at the top of his lungs.
Cologne turned her gaze back to the barrier and considered.
Japan had a tradition of mistresses with the occasional bout of polygamy. Due to the desire to keep track of bloodlines and the shortage of strong men (or many other men for that matter - Amazon teenage boys tended to vanish from the villages).
If inducted into the Amazon tribe, there had to be a reason. This, caused by the actions of one of the tribe (Mousse) could be that excuse. Once that was established, the requirements were simple. The candidate had to be a strong warrior or at least have that sort of Will To Win.
Old eyes passed over the Kuonji girl, Shampoo, and the Tendo girl. Not to mention those girls with the sailor suits and a couple of others she'd heard of. They all could benefit the tribe in one way or another.
Mousse had apparently called for a delivery to the Tendo dojo and sat in wait with the Ball ready to unleash it when Shampoo showed. Then he'd wandered with Ryouga outside the prison when it finally went off.
Having hit their paralysis points, impotence points, and unconsciousness points (as she'd honestly explained to the girls when she'd done that, things were insane enough without adding professional grade lunatics) to three boys (Kuno, Mousse, Ryouga) she sat atop the heap and listened to Hinako Ninnomiya talking about delinquents while she thought.
