Terry Bogard rubbed his hand. "I don't suppose you have any idea where we are, do you?" He asked Master Chief.
"Not a clue." Master Chief replied.
"We were hoping you could help us." Cortana added.
Terry blinked. He could've sworn he heard two voices come from the guy in front of him.
"That's Cortana, the AI in my suit." Master Chief said, noticing the look on Terry's face. Any further conversation was postponed by the entrance of another squad of Sauroids. "Get Down!" The Chief cried, opening fire with both assault rifles.
Instead of ducking, Terry stood his ground. He ducked an attempted headshot, slamming a fist into the ground. A ripple of energy tore it's way across the room, ripping up deckplates as it scattered the Sauroid warriors. Master Chief tossed a pair of frag grenades out the door, and moved to the Warthog.
"I can't belive it..." Cortana muttered as she scanned the beat-up vehicle, "It's still usable!"
Master Chief turned to Terry. "Can you drive?" He asked, as he tossed one of the rifles into the Warthog and picked up a third from the floor.
"Yeah!" Terry called back.
"Then let's get out of here!" Master Chief said as he hopped into the passenger's seat. Terry jumped behind the wheel, and the two made all haste to get out of the room, taking care to run over one of the fallen Sauroids on their way out.
