Thus waiting across the street concealed by an empty house for sale, the Terminator waited from late that night to the morning, watching, waiting for its target to come out. Its scanners could not detect any trace of the T1000b anywhere so for now the situation was in the green. It could afford to wait and plan.
But it knew deep within its CPU that soon that status quo would change.
Meanwhile across town the T1000b was getting itself weapons. While itself was a weapon, it anticipated the Resistence would send someone to try and deter it. Thus it would be best to stock up on weapons crude as late 20th to early 21st century firearms were compared to the plasma weapons ot its time.
" The 12 guage Spaz 'riot' shotgun." The T1000b pointed to the shopkeeper a bury middle-aged guy named Hal who was ex-Army.
" One of our best quality shotguns, anything else?" Hal asked while handing the weapon to the 'customer' for inspection.
T1000b inspects the shotgun while eyeing the weapons on the racks and glass display cases. " The .357 Desert Eagle with laser sighting."
" That's a very good handgun, much punch than a mere 9mm handgun, the laser comes on when you gently touch the trigger."
T1000B nodded and took the gun to check it out when Hal handed to him. " Do you have any M16 machine guns and MP5 submachine guns ins tock with optional grenade launcher?"
" Yep! Got them in stock just yesterday." Hal chuckled and went into the back to retirve them. While Hal had a legitimate business he sold a few items the U.S. government and most gun laws would not approve of. Hal come out shortly and placed the guns down on the counter. " Anything else or this it?"
" The Uzi 9mm on the wall, and do you have a Phase Plasma rifle in a 40 watt range." T1000b said, before realizing that phase plasma weapons did not exist yet.
" Dunno bout those kinds but I got some leftover Salusia grade plasma cannons." Hal said.
On the other thand....this was Atlanta.
" So which ones will it be?" Hal asked as his customer as he brought out the plasma cannon.
" All." T1000b replied inspecting the armies.
Hal raised an eyebrow in surpise, the guy didn't look like the type who had lots of cash, but oh well if he could pay who cared. " Alright, there's a 15 day wait on the handguns, the rifles you can take now."
As Hal was getting the forms and explaining standard procedures for purchasing, T1000b morphed his left hand into a long stabbing blade. Just as Hal brought his head up he was stabbed between the eyes with the forementioned weapon, his body spasming as the life drained from it. T1000b let the body slide off its weapon beforme reforming it into a hand. Gathering up its weapons and plenty of extra ammo it would 'borrow' Hal's car and then plan to terminate Tiffany Diggers.
