A bit of searching by way of the Great Will, brought several possibilities to mind...
He could go with one of the nine Samurai Trooper armors, possibly even the Armor of Inferno, or, since they were once one giant armor anyway, combine their elementals powers, and the powers they drew from Bushido, to form something along the lines of Aragos' armor, but good.
He could just keep it simple, and leave it as the [insert name here Cloth, or possibly change it to represent another constellation or galaxy.
Or perhaps he should go with something a bit more fearsome, like the mutated form of SoulTaker, one of the Zoalords or Guyvers.
