Shampoo's Wives: Strong as a gorilla (and then some?) [Episode 55085]

by Kestral

Akane considered the short little Guide. "Ook grunt ook!"

"Is extinct species of mountain gorilla, was very rare and only found these parts."

Akane frowned in frustration. "Oook ook ook grunt grumma."

"Fruits, leaves, wood, twigs mainly," said the Guide. "That breed very strong. Last one drown in spring. Was very tragic story."

Akane grunted. Maybe she should learn Genma's panda sign manuever? Why was everything so small anyway?

"Hot water change you back to normal, but only until next time you change..." the Guide began, going into the familiar spiel about the Jusenkyo Springs and their curses. Akane tuned him out, knowing the details.

Apparently that species of gorilla was near-sighted. Everything was fuzzy a few yards away.

Akane put her head down so the Guide could splash her and staggered as everything got bigger. Which meant...

"How big is my cursed form?" Akane asked after she had been handed a jacket by the definitely-not-looking Guide.

"Guide estimate twelve feet (4 meters) tall," said the Guide. "Maybe shoulder to shoulder is seven foot (two meters and change) wide."

Akane winced. Oh no. She couldn't turn into something small and cute. No. She has to turn into something that could beat the snot out of Pantyhose Taro and... whoa hold it right there. She probably could out muscle Pantyhose Taro.

Maybe there was something to be said for this.

Though why did she have this odd urge to grab Ranma and climb to the top of the tallest building in Tokyo?
