"We'll never outrun them," gasped Yuka.
Yuka held up a panda sign. [Let's hide in here!]
"I didn't know you knew that technique," whispered Sayuri as she closed the hatch behind her.
[Neither did I] read Yuka's sign.
"Well, at least you didn't have to do that 'Pretty Ribbon' thing," pointed out the whispering Sayuri as she watched Burger Clown run by with Hambungler and The Grumble in close pursuit.
Yuka nodded and shuddered. Some things were too cutesy even for teenage girls.
Sayuri blinked as she noticed the green glow lighting up the interior. "What the heck is this tube anyway?"
Yuka looked very nervous and indicated she didn't know.
"Oh great," said Sayuri. "Looks like part of the tranformation apparatus. That greenish glow was part of what hit Daisuke. Since we're not turned into Fry Girls, it's probably the raw juju."
[Been hanging around with Miyo lately?]
"Nah, you know how my mother joined that occult weirdness of the month club? This was about four months back, I think." Sayuri snapped her fingers and frowned at the sparks. "Just great. We're absorbing magic. Not as bad as if we were in that transformation thing, we'll just have to be careful about what we imprint on."
[Shhh. Here they come again!]
Sayuri thought it handy that at least there was enough light to read Yuka's signs.
"You two fan out and find them!" Burger Clown commanded. "This would never have happened if I got to be Subway Girl or Taco Hut!"
"But if you were the spokesman for Taco Hut, you'd be a chihuahua," pointed out the Grumble.
"Shut up. I'm emoting. Where was I? Oh yeah. Find those two before they go find the Senshi in Juuban!"
Yuka waited until the three were gone before showing her new sign. [That was helpful!J]
Sayuri blinked at the sign. "You're getting good at this. So what was helpful?"
Yuka winked at her friend. [That we need to go to Juuban. Find the Senshi. Ask for help.A"]
"Then let's get going before they come back," said Sayuri, wondering if she should visit her parent's flower store and re-arm before making the trip.
