And Soun and Genma were still gone, although the panda and human-shaped holes in the wall left testament to their departure.
Still, Nabiki knew one thing for sure. Ranma still owed her. He was in debt to her from all the times he blackmailed her, and times that she performed 'favors' for him.
Now, Nabiki could have waited a month and then just dropped one huge bill because of piled-up interest on Ranma, but that wouldn't have been that satisfying for Nabiki. She wanted to get back at him now. "After all, no one hurts my family and gets away with it..." Nabiki thought crossly.
Taking another look around, Nabiki could see that no one was paying attention to her. "Leaving me with time to make a few calls..." Nabiki thought. After all, the only thing better than getting back at someone, was getting back at someone and making a couple of Yen along the way.

Finishing up a telephone conversation with Nabiki, Shampoo slammed the phone back onto the cradle on the wall. Her face a mask of anger, Shampoo yelled, "Ayiah! New obstacle! Shampoo must kill!"
It was then that Mousee saw Shampoo start to take off. Mousse had been listening in on Shampoo's conversation, and he was not pleased in the slightest. "I must stop Shampoo from getting Ranma! And I must stop Ranma from cheating on Shampoo!"
And so, after contradicting himself verbally, the myopic male Amazon, Mousse, began to take off after Shampoo...
However, Cologne saw the two trying to leave the Nekkohanten, armed for battle, and shook her head in disbelief. She herself had kept an ear open, and was able to catch the gist of what Nabiki and Shampoo were talking about. "They're both a bunch of idiots." She mumbled before she bopped both of them on the head with her staff.
"OW!" Shampoo whined as she rubbed the back of her head. Mousse was just out cold.
Poiting her staff at Shampoo, Colonge said, "Stop it you two. Ranma isn't even going to be in Nerima long!"
Shampoo whimpered a little. "But Great-grandmother!"
Cologne arched an eyebrow at her great-granddaughter. "But what?"
"Mercenary-girl say obstacle better-looking than all other obstacales, even better looking than Shampoo!" Shampoo said in fear.
Cologne shook her head in disgust at her great-granddaughter's vanity. "So? You know it shouldn't be too hard to come out ahead of the others."
Shampoo looked at Cologne, fear and nervousness evident in her eyes. "B, but Airen might get together with new obstacale because she good looking!"
Sighing, Cologne bopped Shampoo on head again.
"Owwies!" Shampoo mumbled as she felt the lump on her head.
Cologne frowned at her great-granddaughter. "Shampoo, stop fretting already! This is Ranma you're talking about! Ranma, who couldn't do anything with a woman outside of marriage, even if his life depended on it!"
Shampoo nodded her head, and blushed a little in embarassment. "Shampoo knows... But Shampoo is still worried about new obstacle."
Cologne nodded her head. "I understand you worry about your husband, child... But you should just relax and do your work here. Ranma will be back soon enough."
Shampoo grumbled but does as her great-grandmother commands. Shampoo's still worried that the new obstacle will steal Ranma away from her. "And Shampoo will have to do something about that..." Shampoo thought.
