Even though a few years had passed since the last time, and that hadn't been exactly a great experience, Meia Gisborn knew the reactions of her body.
Though her responding to Hibiki Tokai?! That was a little different. She'd developed some feelings for him since that time she'd nearly had her Dread destroyed and had faced surgery from Duerro. Not that she'd ever admit it, of course.
Hibiki meanwhile had found two more connections and had thickened them too. How very interesting.
The Paksis was aware of this and intrigued on one level. More to the point, it provided a mechanism for it to do something different.
Completeness was a very important thing, and this one being left out of the gestalt was not within completeness. Yet the opportunity for joining had not been present, until now.
Jura and Barnette were engaged in off duty pleasuring.

"Mister Alien?!" Dita managed as she felt... well she wasn't sure what. Unlike Jura or Barnette, she wasn't exactly experienced. As the echo of an orgasm finished reverberating along her nerve endings though - she was sure that this meant something. "ooooooh" Thud!
Of course she'd also have to wake up to properly figure it out.
Hibiki managed to shove the odd feelings off to the side. What had that been, anyway?
"mmmmmf," said Meia, biting her lip.
"These readings are most peculiar," said Duerro.
"I'll bet," groaned Meia as she staggered towards the door. "I've got to... do something."
"How odd," said Duerro.
