"Oh, hello auntie!" Kasumi responded, popping out of the kitchen.
"Is everyone here? I have an important announcement to make..."
"Of course, I'll let everyone know."
A few minutes later, everyone was gathered waiting for this important announcement. "Everyone, I think its time I told the truth... Ranma, your are not my biological son. Nor are you Genma's."
"What?!" Genma shouted, "That can't be true!! I was there at the hospital the day he was born!"
"And why do you think you weren't allowed into the delivery room?"
Genma had no response to this. He just sat there seething.
"I apologize for note telling you sooner, but I had my reasons. As did your real mother. When she got pregnant with you her life was in a state where she was unable to take care of you. She was an old friend of mine and she asked me to take care of you when you were born. We even made arrangement to trick Genma into thinking this wasn't the case."
Ranma, who had been silent the whole time, spoke up now. "So why are you telling me this, now? There must be a reason."
{I was just thing the same thing.} were the simultaneous thoughts of Nabiki and Akane.
"This morning, I received a message from your mother. She wants to meet you. She's coming to Japan at the end of the week. Her name is Tetsuko Breckenridge."
