But for protection she was only going to rely on herself. It wasn't that she had automatically dismissed the possiblity that the others could fight, but she just didn't if they could. And since it wasn't like they were going to get a 'time-out' to get the low down on each others' lives, that meant that she had to run on the safest assumption that she could. Which was that it was up to her to make certain that they got out alive and definately... unviolated.
Going by that concept, she had decided that it would be a good idea if she were to find some way of getting everyone out of the place as soon as possible. So, as they walked, she looked for some clue as to where they were, and to which direction might be the best to go in. Nothing that she could find was left unlooked at.
That was why she happened to be touching the latest object of her investigation. It had only been an attempt to find out if it could help her in any way. However something rather unexpected happened as she did so. Making her yell in indignation at her ill luck, as she realized that she shouldn't have put a finger on that particular:
