Lycanthropy was not so easily spread as the myths indicated. Simply biting somebody was not enough. Generally, it had to be passed through blood to blood contact. Using a bandage that had recently soaked up lycanthrope blood, for example, to patch up a serious wound would pass the condition along. As would more direct transfers.

Moisha, it seemed was rather wild in bed, a fact either Lydia or Romeo could have told anyone. She wasn't really into S&M or bondage or such things, but in bed she was more animal like than the other two rats usually were.

She clawed at her bedmates' backs in a way that was a firm expression of passion. Enjoying a taste of blood added to her sex, she occasionlly drew blood from her own hands to taste it. Quite quickly, all three were lightly smeared with blood. Their own, their bedmates' all over.

And it was working into the systems of the humans slowly as the three continued to engage in the behvaior virtually forced upon them...
