It was a silly little thing, an anime-ish cat-girl in a costume. The actual costume hadn't registered on her name, so the fact that it was different didn't alert her as she sighed in irritation to reach to grab it...
...And knock it off the counter forcing her to dive for it less it hit the ground. Fortunately she caught it with ease, escaping with only a small scratch.
She set it on the counter and put the finger to her mouth for a moment, blinking as she felt odd suddenly. She felt a strange sensation as she turned to the mirror and saw years falling away from her face even as her ears grew and turned pointed and her clothes altered. She was changing and acquiring an awareness that Bast would not approve of Gendo's plans as she became a blonde, bouncey...
