Pepe-Ryouga rose to his feet in a casual manner, brushing his gleaming black and white fur, his broad puffy tail forming a perfect question mark behind him. He showed zero signs of damage from Ranma’s attack. “Cheri, she is, how you say, shy. I must rush to her side and assure her that she has no reason.” So saying, Pepe-Ryouga bounced off after Ranma.
Ryouga had no idea why he was talking, or behaving like this, but it was freaking out Ranma, and that was good enough for him.
While Pepe-Ryouga had been busy with Ranma, Mousse had been examining his new body. True he was still a duck, but he was a human sized duck with human hands. A big improvement.
