While the youma might have been considered terrifying to a normal junior-high school girl, this Usagi was not normal by any stretch of the imagination. While most young girls were mooning over cute guys and obsessing over their looks and fashions, Saeba Usagi was dealing with street trash and showing that she was her father's daughter. Unfortunately for most of the perverts, she also showed that she was also the daughter of Saeba Kaori (nee Makimura) as Usagi was not shy about hauling out the Mallet of Doom to Perverts. While no one knows how, she apparently had learned how to hide large-caliber handguns in plain sight (on one occasion, even in her school swimsuit). On the times that she had to, she had proven to be every bit as good a shot as her dad. However, in one way she showed that her dad was not as big of an influence and showed more of her mother's influence. She showed almost no interest in the opposite sex, beyond some innocent flirting if it kept the guy off balance.
What all this meant for the unfortunate monster looking for some BBQ ribs was that he quite suddenly found his field of vision blocked by the barrel of a gun that looked only slightly smaller than your average sewer pipe. Over the top of the forward sight he could see his intended lunch looking at him with an almost cold expression. A sweat-drop soon appeared on the monster's forhead as one end of Usagi's mouth quirked up slightly. The monster barely got that much warning to duck as Usagi pulled the trigger. The Colt Commander (similar but somewhat smaller to her dad's gun of choice, the Colt Anaconda) barked once, putting a hole in the wall behind where the monster's head was. As the monster looked up in preparation to eith fight or flee, he saw Usagi put the gun back under her pillow and pull out from seemingly nowhere a huge mallet marked '300t'. He soon sprouted many more sweatdrops as he made a bee-line towards the open window, with Usagi trying to turn the monster into a grease-spot. The monster barely managed to clear the window ahead of an enraged Usagi, who stopped and donned a simple dress before continuing the chase.
