"Ohhhh! Not 'Spring of Drowned Girl'!"
Genma paused in shock as he noticed the fur covering his arms.
"There is tragic legend, very tragic, of young girl who drown in springs one thousand five hundred year ago!"
Genma dropped down next to the pool as the guide continued.
"Now whoever fall in that spring take body of young girl!"
Ranma surfaced and looked down at his, no _her_ body in shock. "Aagh! I've been transmogrified!"
Genma stared at the red-headed girl who had replaced his son. As his memory flashed back to the promise he had made his wife, his mind reached only one conclusion. 'I'm going to die!'
As he looked again at the 5 foot tall, furious, soaking wet girl coming out of the pool toward him, that thought was replaced by another, similar one. 'I'm dead!'
Just then a loud roaring echoed across the valley, freezing them all in their tracks. Moments later an extremely large, furious, soaking wet Bengal tiger appeared out of the mists. As it locked it's gaze on the panda, Genma found rational though beyond him. His panda instincts were in complete accord with his self-preservation instincts and he wasted no time in heeding them.
The tiger watched as the panda ran blindly off into the countryside and then ambled over to the girl. After sniffing her from head to toe, he looked her in the eye with a remarkably mischievous gaze.
[Well, I think I got the better part of this deal. Is it time for lunch yet?]
