Ranma and Hobbes: Feline spring? [Episode 6040]

Of course, just as that mythical butterfly's wingbeats could cause a storm, so too did Ranma's placement at the time he hit the water alter things. "Over one hundred spring here" some were as young as ten years previously, others as old as these mountains, some predated the mountains themselves.

Who fell in the spring often reflected the spring in some ways. Genma often ended up a panda because they were largely sexless (one reason they were an endangered species) gluttonous, and lazy. Ranma only turned into a girl because of the "man among men" pledge and his upbringing without female contact.

So it was that Ranma Saotome, friend of Hobbes, practitioner of the catfist, fell into a feline-oriented spring instead of a girl-spring. To be precise it was:
