Fortunately, due to Ranma's own first wish, he didn't need to check his curse out the normal way, ie, pouring water over himself and seeing what happened.

He already knew what would happen.

Which was why he was already in the process of resigning himself to...

...being stuck permanently the first time he got splashed...
...as above, but the fathers hear and insist that he provide them an heir right then...
as above...plus the other fiancees do the same...perhaps Ranma should look into a sperm bank...
...having his curse's transformation leak over to his male form too...making him the same race in both forms...
...being the only remaining "normal woman" on the planet...
something else...
