???Ken: Genma summoned Urd [Episode 6177]

Genma finished with a flourish. "Ooo eee aaa eee bing bang walla walla bing bang. Oo ee oo aaa aaa bing bang walla walla bing bang!" The words of the spell echoed briefly in the clearing, drowning out the whimpering of his son.

Then they came.

It was horrible. The flashing jaws, the terrible claws, as they snatched his son up like a donut.

"ooo donuts," mumbled Genma.

Wait a minute. He'd lost the boy how could he ever go home?! Nodoka would cut his head off!

Trained martial artist or not - that would hurt.

What he needed was a getaway. A place nobody would ever look for him. That meant not in Japan. Genma thought hard about this. Of course! America! He still remembered some English from high school.

He'd need a new name. Genma's eyes looked around until he spotted a poster with a sports character on it. Simpson! Simpson was a good name. It was a baseball poster, and that guy was hitting the ball. Strike? No. Bunt? No. Homer! It was perfect! He'd move to some place in America and change his name to Homer Simpson!

Nobody would ever find him there.


Taking off the demon suit, one of the girls pointed at the boy they'd just rescued. "Are you sure about this? He don't look like that much."

Urd took off her own demon suit. "Yeah yeah. Look at Genma Saotome's profile sometime. Check the dictionary under idiot. So now we're gonna set his boy up to be a 'man beyond men.' Fortunately, I have a few ideas."

Hilda (Valkyrie 2nd Class, 204th Airborne) scratched her head. "Wasn't that 'man among men?"

"Semantics, semantics," waved off Urd. "I think I'll start with:"
