Mistress Nine was both pleased and frustrated wiyh her current situation.
On the one hand she was alive, a definate 'plus' in her books. While she was a little scetchy on the details she well remembered the girl whom she had been possessing savagely retaking control of her body. Mistress Nine might have been able to deal with this, but for the fact that when the girl had broken free she hadalso tapped her full power as the true Messiah of Silence. As such she had literally shredded the body they had shared down to the atomic level and then recreated it, a proccess that would have destroyed Mistress Nine without a doubt.
Well clearly someone or something had not only saved her, it had also given her a new body, meaning she was no longer limited to having to act as a parasite.
There were, however, some drawbacks. The first was that she could no longer feel the link between her and her master, Pharaoh Ninty. Either the link had been severed by her recreation or, and this was the one that worried her, the girl had turned her power upon her master an somehow managed to defeat him.
Stil this did not change her purpose, she would bring Silence to this worthless planet and then continue to silence the rest of the universe. If her master was alive she would seek him out and rejoin the link, if he was dead she would fulfill his grand design.
This brought her to another drawback to her new body. Her destructive and defensive abilities were intact, she could fly, she was uneffected by the cold, however she appeared to have lost her teleportation powers. Given that the current blizzard kept her from getting any sense of direction she had the feeling that she would have to wait before she could begin her quest.
Still patience was something the srvent of Silence was well schooled in, she had waited years to gain what she wanted, she could wait a few more hours.
