"It's been a long time, Diggers," Gothwrain growled back.
"What are you doing here?" Julia asked, getting ready for a fight.
"That is my question to ask, Diggers," Gothwrain said.
"Who are you people?!" Akane demanded. "And why are you treating my grandfather like a criminal?"
"Oh my," Kasumi said. "I'm sure we can all settle this calmly if we calm down."
"He helped those werewolves wipe out my whole clan," Britanny growled.
"My grandfather would never do such a thing!" Akane protested.
"Oh dear," Kasumi said, as the idea of calming things down seemed to fly out the window. "Auntie Saotome would you..." she looked to Nodoka's angry face. "No I suppose not."
"'Auntie Saotome?'" Nabiki repeated looking at the cheetah-woman. "And that would be...Ranma?" Akane twitched.
"Ranma?" Akane growled, rounding on the male werecheetah. And Ranma winced before the true gaze of doom, the gaze of angry girlfriend doom. "What do you have to do with all this?"
"Hey!! It ain't my fault!"
"Just how did you recognize them, Kasumi," Nabiki asked, ignoring the normal Akane/Ranma dynamic.
"Oh, the smell of course," Kasumi said. Nabiki sniffed the air a bit and then looked to Kasumi.
"Okay..."
Many Voices: "You KNEW?!"
"Oh my, yes."
