This wasn't a particularly smart thing to do, and she was aware of that. But her appearance had changed a far amount over time, she should have been able to at least see what her sisters were up to, maybe even approach them...if she was careful.
Unfortunately, she couldn't actually let them know who she was. Not unless she was absolutely sure that they understood.
It would be better, probably, for her to remain in Ryuugenzawa, but still...she needed to know.
