“Err, yes Kamazaki-san, she is quite attractive,” mumbled an embarrassed Doctor Ono Tofu.
‘Dear gods above, how did I end up in this situation,’ mused the poor Doctor. ‘This was supposed to be a simple after-hours drink with a former patient, not a girl watching expedition.’
As his elderly companion continued to expound on the various “attributes” of the various bunny girls, Ono Tofu found his gaze wandering to match his thoughts. For some reason he couldn’t quite grasp, he was feeling quite uncomfortable, yet couldn’t seem to find a reason for being so.
‘Hmmm, nothing seems really out of the ordinary here. The patrons are all enjoying themselves. The waitresses are friendly and cheerful,’ Tofu pondered as he reached for his Kirin. ‘Good music, nice atmosphere,’ –SIP- ‘Ranma in a bunny suit---‘
SPEW!!!
“Really Tofu-sensei, the beer isn’t THAT bad,” complained a soaked Kamazaki.
As the beer soaked man made his way to the men’s room to get cleaned up, Doctor Tofu simply stared in disbelief.
‘My word, I knew finances were tight at the Tendo Dojo, but how in the world did they ever convince Ranma to get a job as a cocktail waitress, let alone one who has to wear such an embarrassing outfit. Poor boy, he must be miserable’
Of course, it was at this very moment that Ranma happened to glance over in that direction, and spot the Good Doctor. Instead of the expected embarrassment and/or shame, Ranma seemed only to show a momentary flash of recognition, which was followed by a quick exhibition of “Bun-Fu” as Ranma maneuvered over to the table with a sensual strut.
“Heya Sensei, I didn’t know you came here,” Ranma burbled cheerfully. “Are you enjoying yourself?” Stunned silence was Ranma’s only reply. “Ah, Sensei, is anything wrong?” Again, silence was the only reply. Ranma reached out and lightly shook the Doctor’s shoulder. “Hey, Tofu-sensei, you there?” The physical contact finally broke the Doctor out of his shock as he managed to stammer out a quick greeting.
“Ah, er, Ranma-kun, ah, what a surprise to see you, ah, working here,” Tofu stammered as he desperately tried to re-boot his logic centers.
“Ack! Shhhhhhhh,” Ranma shushed, while quickly glancing around. “It’s Ranko-chan when I’m working Sensei”
“I see…” Tofu replied confusedly, while trying to process this new bit of info.
Ranma then took a look at the good doctor, and misinterpreted his confusion for embarrassment. “Hey, Sensei, don’t worry about it. I won’t tell anyone you were here. After all, a guy should be able to go watch some pretty girls strut their stuff now and again without catching any flak,” Ranma said with a grin and a wink.
Ranma then proceeded back to work, giving the good doctor a prime example of “Bun-Fu” as “she” sashayed back to the bar to get the next waiting order.
Doctor Tofu simply continued to watch in disbelief as Ranma went around serving drinks, all the while playing the sex-bunny bit to the hilt.
‘Unbelievable, simply unbelievable,’ thought Tofu dazedly. ‘What in the world could make Ranma act like that? Maybe he got hit on the head and thinks he’s a girl again? No, as I understood it “Ranma-chan” was quite shy and reserved.’
As he continued to watch, he began to notice other little things. ‘Ranma’s actually flirting with all the customers. And he seems to be enjoying it!?! What happened to being a “Man amongst Men”?’ As he continued to observe, he noticed the other waitresses as well. ‘All of them are acting the same way, showing off their bodies and flirting up a storm. They’re even allowing themselves to be groped, and smiling when it happens. There’s not one sign of discomfort or embarrassment.’
“My God, what have I stumbled into?” Tofu whispered fearfully.
