As they got closer, Ranma's martial arts instincts kicked in and he started to notice other things. First of all was the way they carried themselves off as warriors, the kids too! Though, as far as he could tell, out of all them, the most dangerous one with a whole lot of potential was the one in the strange orange jumpsuit.
It was weird since he could see that the kid had two types of chi. One was a over-anxious load of blue chi, swirling around him like an overjoyous pet. The other, more darker and almost scary chi was the the dark orange and black flames that centered at his belly. That chi swirled around him like nine tails all around him, covering nearly himself and the others, but seemed less attached to him somehow, like it had a mind of its own.
The second one next to him was the one in dark blue clothing, carrying himself like a boy with stick up his butt. He also had a lot of potential, but something about him was limiting it. Whatever problems the kid had it was seriously messing with his growth as a fighter, kind like a Akane but far worse.
The third kid, the girl, had great chi control, it made his look like child's play, but she didn't have much of it either. However, the last one, the man wearing a mask over the bottom portion of his face was far more dangerous than all.
That guy had a ton of chi and control, even if he acted aloaf as if nothing mattered or bothered him. He also noticed that the guy was aware of his presense, but hid it from the kids so as to not get scared. Though, when they passed by a pair of puddles of water, Ranma also saw him react even more differently, like he was expecting an attack.
'Might as well show this guy I'm no threat, hopefully.'
However, as Ranma decided to leap down from where he hid, something happened...
