Crystal Tokyo had fallen to the Black Moon family. The servants of Wiseman had successfully subverted Crystal Tokyo in the past. Sending Neo-Princess Serenity back had done nothing to prevent the inevitable. They were all dead. Her friends, no her family, were dead.
She was safe though. She could easily seal the time gates, and place them outside of time. She could live forever never being able to interact with the universe, but it was her only choice .If she left them open then the Dark Moon would gain full access to them. With that power they could do what ever they wanted.
She was guardian of the time gates and it was he place to protect them from miss use...
Setsuna scowled. Misuse? Who was left to say what was and wasn’t misuse? The queen was dead, the Silver Crystal reduced to dust. No chance for return, no reincarnation, just dust and death. Nothing she could do would change it...
Or could she? The time gates were a powerful artifact. If the Princess was not enough then why not send a champion? She had access to all of history cross an infinite number of timelines... it could destroy this timeline but at least it would give her friends a chance. She could choose a powerful warrior to stand against the darkness, but she had to choose quickly, the minions of the Dark Moon Family were approaching.
Setsuna gazed through the time gates looking for a powerful warrior, one that would help more then hinder. Had she the time she would have been more selective, but as ironic as it sounded, she did not have the time.
Setsuna smiled and stopped looking. Through the gates she saw a man, a man standing against a great evil. She hoped the person she saw would do. She felt guilty removing another world’s champion but the simple fact of the matter was, you out for your own ass first.
She jsut hoped this wouldn't fuck up things any worse then they already were.
With a wave of the Garnet Rod she tore the person from his native time line and sent him to Tokyo. With another she sealed the Gates off from the universe and waited.
Meanwhile the hero screamed as a portal appeared under his feet and sent him falling toward his new destiny.
This was just another day in the life of...
