"Oi, Biki, how'd I get here?" she asked wearily.
"You walked," Nabiki said. "Don't you remember?"
Ranma appeared to try to force herself to wakefulness and gather her thoughts to remember what she was planning on doing. Then she smacked a fist into her hand as she remembered.
"Ah ha!" she said. "I was going to..." She stopped as an actual flush worked over her cheeks as she remembered what she was going to ask.
"Well..." Nabiki asked, starting to get ready to run.
"You were going to take me shopping and..." her pale skin flushed again. "Tell me about...errr...girls."
"Aren't you a girl?" Nabiki asked, going out on a limb.
"Well, yeah, but that don't mean nothing," Ranma said. "I know about me, but i don't know nothing about normal girls raised normally. Pops took me on that trip you know, figured if I can turn into animals I could turn into a boy or something, jerk. I don't know what I'm supposed to..."
"There you are!!" Akane's voice shouted. "Get away from my sister you perverted blood-sucker!"
Ranma winced and tensed up as Akane stomped into Nabiki's room and grabbed the smaller girl, pulling her out of the room. Nabiki blinked, noticing that Akane seemed to know Ranma was a vampire and didn't seem that concerned with it.
"I won't have you turning my sister into one of your floozies!" Akane snapped.
"I don't want any floozies," Ranma protested. "I was just going to ask her about..." Ranma's mouth closed.
"What on a date?" Akane snapped angrily.
"No just about normal girls!" Ranma shouted losing her temper. "So I don't see what that has to do with YOU! You're less normal than I am, Tom-Boy!"
"Ranma no baka!!" Akane shouted, slamming her into the wall of hallway hard enough to make even the confused and shell-shocked Nabiki wince. Then Akane stomped away, leaving her behind groaning half-consciously.
"Akane!" Kasumi gasped coming upstairs and tsked before collecting the injured vampire and taking her to another room.
Nabiki swallowed and went to her lap tap to do a quick search.
"Vampires: A subrace of homo sapiens known to have an affinity for certain kinds of magic. Proven to exist circa 1920. They require human blood to survive, but most modern vampires purchase their daily requirement through blood banks. Equal rights for vampires has continued to be an uphill battle even when compared with other magical subraces due to this requirement. They are, however, tolerated in many countries for their skills in exorcisms. The idea that a vampire's bite changes other people into vampires is a myth, vampirism is an inherited trait from the mother's side. However, vampires do secrete a sort of sedative when feeding, and so their bites often have an addictive quality."
She nodded at that and resolved to avoid letting Ranma drink from her save in emergencies. Then she continued her search for information on what this wish, that seemingly only she remembered. She looked for her file on Ranma.
Ranma: Vampire, female, lesbian. Amusingly uncomfortable with sex and relationships. Uneducated. Raised by human father. Very butch. Frequent amusing attempts to be feminine. Possible child abuse, but given the severity of some martial arts training, uncertain of that. Engaged to Akane by our idiot fathers who think a lesbian can serve as a guy. Engaged to Ukyou Kuonji as part of a scam. Ukyou obsessed with Ranma as a lover or wife (seems Ukyou's legally a guy so...). Sought by the Amazons as a servant (more like slave), apparently to be used as a village-anti-ghost measure. Kuno's half-sister sees Ranma as a rival, being the only other vampire in the ward. Kuno seeking both her as a concubine to go with Akane as a wife. Ryouga Hibiki trying to get rid of the "foul creature that ruined his life." Etc...etc...etc..."
"It's just Ranma," Nabiki noted. "But a vampire lesbian..."
She paused and typed a new note in her lap top.
"NEVER NEVER NEVER Say a wish in a joking term ever again."
