She frantically stepped forward to start scanning the scene.
"It is, Gina," Penny said as Gina started feeding her the same scene. "What's the...ohhh. That's not good."
"You bet it's not good," Gina said. "Everybody else must have gone into a trap while they attacked here."
"Hmm," Penny said, snickering. "But it looks like the opposition was a little more than they were bargaining for."

"Give it up!" Luan shouted as she sidestepped the werewolf attacking her. "Everytime you try to bite me, you leave yourself wide open!"
There was a short call as the werewolf went flying across the scene.
"That was not my father," Sander said, confirming his suspicion as the werewolf slammed into a tree. "That was another criminal my sister banished."
He grunted as the golem facing managed to sneak a fist past his defenses, but lashed outward in return, shattering the creature's arm.
The golems were mostly not a problem, however, even considering how many their were. Not with Asrial present. It seemed that Asrial's stun settings were still good for sending catastrophic vibrations through earth and stone.
"Selena," Asrial called out. "As the Imperial Princess of Salusia, I command you to cease fighting and give yourself up this instant! It isn't as if you can beat me!"
"Danielle!" Selena shrieked. "Where is that anti-tech thing you were talking about?! I'm running out of golem components!"
"Selena, be quiet!" Dani returned, dodging a strike from Brittany. She frowned, either Brittany had gotten a lot better, or else. "You're not Brittany! You're Genn!"
"Yes, but don't worry," the fake werecheetah said. "I'm still not going to hurt you if at all possible."
"I don't think that's a problem, Genn," Dani smiled viciously as she ducked a superspeed strike. "Because while you have all Cheet's strength and speed plus the skills of everyone nearby, I know it eats up a lot of energy to stay like this. And you were like this before we got here. So how much longer can you keep this up?"
As she spoke she remained on the defense, waiting for the rakshasha to tire out and slip into a more vulnerable form.
"You have some talent," Carla said as she dodged through Kodachi's whip attack.
"Some talent you say?" Kodachi asked, grabbing the ninja's foot and yanking her into the air.
Carla smiled as she was pulled along towards intended capture. She curled down and sliced the ribbon from her feet with a knife and proceeded to take control of her flight, grabbing the ribbon and pulling on it to bring the werewolf girl towards her.
"But not enough training!" she declared as she smashed down into the werewolf's head.
"Damn it!" Sakura growled. "Fight fair!"
"This is battle, not a tournament," Seance said, eyes glowing as he worked on finishing off the imprisonment spell.
"Hmph," Selena said. "That I can handle!" She started to dig through her dress for materials.
"Selena what are you doing?!" Aja called out to his mistress.
"Aja?" Selena blinked distracted for a moment from the battle as she looked to her cat. "What are you doing here?"
"You don't want to do this, Selena!" Aja shouted. "Why are you...eek! Everybody look out behind you!!"

"More werewolves?" Gina and Penny gasped at once.
"Three more at least," Dao said. "Gina, I don't see any matching your or your sister's descriptions of Brendan."
"Computer," Gina said. "Activate the surprise I have over there! Now!"

Seance, glanced back over his shoulder, as Luan turned about to see the three new attackers. They all braced themselves for the turn of the battle, when Gina's surprise appeared.
Ten of the classic hurtbots led by 35 and 32 of the same calss as the two robots corrupted by Madrid and destroyed by Strype. It was, probably, overkill. But they didn't concern themselves much with that.
"Hurt bots, all right!" Genn shouted in relief as the robots proceeded to engage the new werewolves.
"Hurt bots, all right," Dani agreed smiling as she took advantage of Genn's distraction to jump out of the way.
"What are you?" Genn asked, then a flash came across his mind. "NO YOU Don't!"
The device in Dani's hand was ripped out by Genn's telekinesis, but not before an inaccurate burst of electro-magnetic pulse washed across the battle. All of the obsolete hurtbots shivered and dropped, while 35 and 32 seemed at least stunned.
Asrial's overkill armor died and, designed for such an occasion, fell apart in sections to avoid encumbering the salusian with its now useless bulk.
"So where do we stand now?" Dani demanded as Genn's Brittany duplication started to visibly tire, and waver out.
"Genn, pull back!" Seance called out. "Your out of this!"
A pause came over the battle as the situation was assessed.
Carla had Kodachi unconscious and effectively hogtied. Taking her out of the action. Asrial was reduced her natural capabilities. Seance still had Sakura imprisoned in a spell-cage, and was now free to fight someone else. Dani was still facing Brittany-Genn, who was nearing the end of her energy reserves. Luan's first opponent was still unconscious against a tree. Sander was calmly facing off the last three of Selena's golems. Selena was still confused by the presence of her familiar and Aja's bond to her. Hurtbots 35 and 32 were still recovering from the EMP, but could still defend themselves, while the next three werewolves could easily circumvent them.
The battlescene was, in a word, a mess.
