Kouga jumped to his feet with a huge fanged grin on his face, "You bet let's go!"
Ryoga also grins, "Okay then c'mon."

The two cousins stood facing each other both with serious looks on their faces, Kouga was excited to learn what Ryoga was gonna show him and Ryoga spoke, "Kouga do you know any chi attacks?" Kouga shook his head, Ryoga just smiled, "Okay than watch this."
Ryoga stepped to one side and stood infront of a tree, he closed his eyes and began focusing his energy. Kouga didn't know what Ryoga was doing but he saw a small ball of red energy growing in his cupped hands.
Suddenly Ryoga opened his eyes and shot his hands foward, "Shi-Shi Houkodan!" Cried Ryoga as he realesed his energy attack, the blast hit the tree and within seconds the tree was reduced to nothing but ashes.
Kouga was astonished at what just happend, "Whoa! What the hell was that?!"
Ryoga just smiled calmly, "What you just saw was my Shi-Shi Houkodan or Lion Roar Shot attack. This attack reqires the users negative emotions in order for it to work, emotions like anger, unhappyness, and depression. Gather all the depression into a ball of chi and form it into a blast of energy, so wanna give it a try?"
"Hell yes." Was Kouga's only response.
"Okay then try it for yourself."
Kouga nodded and got into the same stance Ryoga showed him and tried to think of depressing thoughts but was having a little trouble, Ryoga kept telling him to think back on a day that really upset him but Kouga couldn't think of any till one came to his mind. Suddenly a red aura flared around Kouga and a huge ball of chi formed in his hands.
(I'm guessing Ryoga should've told him how to control his emotions)
"Shi-Shi Houkodan!" Cried Kouga as he relesed his gathered chi and aimed it at a nearby hill, when the blast hit the hill was completly destroyed.
*******
BOOOOOOM!
"What the hell was that?" Asked Miroku, grabbing his staff.
Sango shrugged, "I don't know. Do you think it's another one of Naraku's demons?"
Ranma just shook her head, "Relax you two, it's just one of Ryoga-kun's chi attacks. I know because I reconize the sound of the explosion."
"Oh." was the only reponse.

Ryoga got up and went over to help Kouga onto his feet, apparently the blast knocked them both off their feet, literally.
Ryoga smiled at his wolf cousin, "Nice job Kouga-kun, you managed to make it work on your first try, though I think you over did it a little bit." Kouga just blushed a bit, "By the way what were thinking about that made you so depressed?"
Kouga swowled, "Remember when I told you that Naraku and his minions slaughtered all of the wolf packs including my own pack, I was thinking about how I felt that day seeing all of my friends and brothers killed and how alone I felt as well." Says Kouga as tears began forming in his eyes.
Ryoga felt really bad for asking, he walked up to Kouga and gave him a brotherly hug, "Kouga, I'm so sorry about what happend to your pack and we're gonna get that basterd Naraku and make him pay for the pain he's caused everybody." Kouga turned to Ryoga and saw the seriousness in his cousins golden eyes, they release from their embrace and Ryoga's expression softend as he smiled, "And remember you're not alone anymore and you'll never be alone, you've got me, Ranma-chan, and everyone here for you. We're a pack and a family and we'll always be there to help one another."
Kouga took in his cousins words and smiled, Ryoga was right he's not alone and he does have a pack and a family to call his own. It's not like the one he had before but he wouldn't change it for anything.
"Yeah you're right, thanks Ryoga-kun." Says Kouga, he starts sniffing the air, "I smell dinner, c'mon let's go back before Inuyasha hogs it all up."
"Yeah I'm getting hungry let's go."
"So you got any other move you wanna show Ryoga?" Ask Kouga as they made their way back.
"Why don't we practice on the Shi-Shi Houkodan then when that's mastered than I'll show you more moves, okay?" Said Ryoga.
Kouga shrugged, "Fair enough."
