It had been at least four months since anyone had been transformed/impregnated via pollen cloud, and no more reports were coming in of women and men being changed after a night with a dryad. Urd had mentioned something about the dryads calming down now that they were no-longer nigh extinct, so no more new transformations.
That wasn't what really concerned him right then, however.
What did concern him was the pair of pregnant dryads rooted just outside the temple, the pair of VERY active dryads, even while rooted to the spot and growing larger by the day.
"Ooo, I felt her kick!" Megumi cooed pleasantly as her arms encircled her belly.
"I told you it would be soon," Chihiro said, wrapping her brown, currently branch like arms about Megumi. "After all, it was only a couple of weeks after I was in that cloud that I changed you, wasn't it sweetie?"
Keiichi twitched as the tree-like women giggled and cuddled together over that memory.
"Oh, don't worry," Urd said. "As soon as they have the kids they'll go back to looking mostly human. It's just a defense mechanism to protect the kid."
"That's not what's bothering me," Keichii said. Urd looked at him. "Okay, it's not all that's bothering."
"So what is it?" Urd asked. Then she started to tick off fingers. "Your sister getting married? Your sister matching up with your boss? Your sister matching up with another woman? Your sister no longer being human? Your sister being pregnant? Your sister and her wife frequently copulating loudly? Or...your sister and her wife copulating loudly...in public?"
"Yes," Keiichi said. Then he shook his head and sighed. "I guess I'll get over it...I mean, she looks happy, doesn't she?"
"Very happy," Urd agreed. Keiichi noted Urd's tone of voice and looked over to catch his boss's hand exploring a very sensitive section of his sister's anatomy.
"Oh, they're going at it again?!" Keiichi declared.
"Now you know how I feel," Skuld said.
"Come inside you three," Belldandy called cheerily. "Give them some privacy."
