"A paladin, Saotome ?" Nabiki snorted "You feel capable of roleplaying a goody-two-shoes, someone that puts the needs of others above his own. Get real !"
Ranma bristled at the not-so-veiled insult "Hey ! I'll show you I can do it ! Can't be that tough..." In fact he had taken this character class because of who was playing. He had been exposed to the tales of king Arthur, the Round Table and european chivalry. The paladin, in his mind, had to be chaste/pure/virtuous. Not wanting his fiancees to reenact their real life conflicts in the game, he ensured his character was romantically unapproachable.
Akane frowned. She had especially created a monk (or would that be a nun in her case ?), hoping her character would be better than Ranma's. Now that jerk had to take a non-martial artist character class. Well, she could always put her acting talents to use and tease the Lawful Dumb tin can later.
Kasumi had thought like Ranma and wanted to play someone as different from her usual as possible. Everyone was stunned when she announced she was a human rogue.
Nabiki knew she had to be the smart one here (as always) and chose to be an elven wizard. She promised herself to have fun with Ranma's character...
Shampoo was railroaded into the healer role as the group needed one. Cleric or druid ? She finally chose to be a cleric of Kord, the god of strength (is only proper for amazon woman !). For her two domains, she took Strength and Luck.
Ukyo was the dungeon master but created a NPC to join the player's group. A half-elven ranger. She wouldn't let the others try to seduce Ranma by way of their characters without a safeguard !
Their character sheets were done. Everyone was ready to start. Ranma had a feeling of dread, he was playing the only man in the adventuring group. Maybe he shoud have played a dwarf fighter. Nobody here would try to get in the pants of a dwarf !

The roleplaying session had started and everything was going fine. They had fun and it was time for Ranma to make his first dice roll (he was trying to spot something in the shadows of the forest. it was Ukyo's NPC sneaking on the group). The D20 rolled, came to a halt and then something strange happened...
