Reaching behind her, Setsuna pulled out a long piece of paer from behind her pillow. This was it. She had spent a good deal of 'time' at the Gates of Time, checking into the near future to see who would be the greatest threats to HER Crystal Tokyo.
There was Public Enemy #1: Ranma Saotome! The man was strong and possessed some admirable qualities indeed. And while some of his own characteristics mirrored some of the Senshi, his were ore thoroughly thought-out, since he had more wordly knowledge than any of the Senshi outside of Setsuna. He was an experienced innocence.
Yes, like the Senshi, Ranma believed in the good fight and to create peace. However, his ways of getting it were far different. He knew from experience that you should questiona ll sides instead of just jumping into trouble. (After all, he did it enough times and he was up Shit's Creek without a paddle!)
And, upon meeting him, it was almost garunteed that one of the Inner-Senshi would become his girlfriend. ANd after spending time with him, his views on life would alter her own against the enslavement of others, especially after seeing how almost everyone around him treats him like a slave, she wouldn't be able to bare to o such to others.
"Stupid pigtailed prick," Setsuna grumbled. "I'll have to deal with him myself or send Haruka and Michiru. Women tend to flock to him like flies to honey, and the Inners and Hotaru would fall for him in two seconds flat!"
And then there was another human boy Setsuna would have to deal with. One Keiichi Morisato. A technical college-student who was a pretty darn good mechanic, and was currently a bit of a motor-head as well. Very good with repairing all sorts of automobiles, especialyl motorcycles.
Meeting him would not do much to the Senshi. However, it was the company that he kept that would make a HUGE impact on the Senshi. Because of a wish, Keiichi had gotten Belldandy, the Goddess of the Present, as his girlfriend. And, to keep their sister company, the other two Norns, Urd and Skuld, Goddess of Past and Future were constantly there as well. Not to mention the Goddess Peorth popped up from time-to-time.
Setsuna frowned. These three literally had jurisdiction over Setsuna's area of Expertise. Time. Anything she did, the Norns might try to go back and undue. After all, while they're on earth, they're not about to let something happen. Not to mention all the sense they'd knock into the hollow heads of the Sailor Senshi.
And as such, that is why Setsuna had to kill Keiichi Morisato. The Goddesses would be stuck on Earth as long as Belldandy was the boy's boyfriend. As soon as Keiichi died, the contract would be up, and the Goddesses would go back to Heaven, leaving the fate of Earth back in Setsuna's hands.
With that viewed, Setsuna looked at the second person on her hit list. A time-traveller of sorts himself, Sestuna did not deem that aspect a threat, as he could only go between the 'present' and his time in the 'past'. Inuyasha.
Yes, although Inuyasha is a half demon, if any of the Sailor Senshi met the half-dog demon, it would alter their whole view of all inhuman beings are evil in the Senshi's hollow heads. They'd realize not all inhuman beings are out to try to take over the world, but some are actually trying to save it, or just live out their lives like normal people.
Then there was Tenchi Masaki. A boy that was 1/6 Juraiian Royal Heritage, and lived in a Shrine that seemed to attract Alien beings from outside the Sailor Senshis Solar System.
True, that his presence wouldn't really change the Senshi if any of them met him, they would just think he had a hectic life and get on with their own lives. However, by the time Crystal Tokyo rolled around he would be the Juraiian Emperor, but wouldn't take the fact that the Crystal Tokyo Empire would try to enslave his homeworld and his Empire's teritories too well.
Up next was another person whom would one day control an Alien Empire. Asrial Salusia. A somewhat spoiled princess of an alien empire, but she had her heart in the right place and had a fascination with having more fire power than a Third-world country!
Setsuna growled. This girl was a big threat. Meeting her, the Senshi would see how not all inhuman beings were bad, and worse, she would show them tolerance, considering all the types of friends she had. And worse, she would show the Senshi that there was sucha thing as actual love between species, considering how her boyfriend was human while she herself was just some stinking skunlk-like being!
And then, when Crystal Tokyo went to send its armies to take over neigboring Alien Civilizations. Setsuna knew there'd be no way in hell that the Salusians would go quietly.
Then finally, there was a family that Setsuan Meioh loathed with all of her being. The Diggers. They were everything that the others were and MORE!
The Diggers could deal with Time-travel, Setsuna's area of expertise; twice they've almost come across her by aaccident. They were people that looked to solve truths, to uncover the secrets of the past to educate others and themselces. They had Magic-users who had magic powers and knowledge that totally outclassed all the Senshi, (including herself!) And worst of all, they practically symbolized acceptance of inhuman species, considering the family is a mix of different races through marriage and adoption, not to mention they have friends of al sorts of different races be they human or not. In Setsuna's mind they were the biggest threat of all!
Setsuna frowned. All of these people could not be allowed to exist! But still, there was one more important thing that Setsuna had to deal with. The first Temporal Nexus that could determine Crystal Tokyo!
Setsuna smiled. This would be easier to accomplish. All she had to do was set an eevnt into motion that would rock the world and possibly call the Senshi to be called into action. It didn't matter if the Senshi acted on iy or not, all that really mattered was the event happened. But still, if the Senshi did act upon it, that could possibly be the icing to Setsuna's cake.
Sitting up, and throwing her legs over the side of the bed, Setsuna stood up. Stretching a little, Setsuna knew she had a lot of work to do. She had to...
