The sound of thumping and splashing behind her made her decision for her and she jumped into the water below.
It was a shock as she got hit with both the sudden impact after the fall, and the chill of the water coming around her. That jolted her out of the panic for a while, and she managed to swim up to the surface. Breaking to the air, she gasped for breath and waded a bit as she looked for any signal that the whatever it was had joined her. But with a glance to the pipe that she had just jumped out of, she figured that it hadn't followed her out of the sewers.
However, that didn't help much as she was still shivering from fright in addition to the chill. Her eyes continued to scan for the slightest movement, even a small thing out of place. Seeking some source of safety, she spied what looked to be a piece of land that she could get to and started paddling for it.
As she did so, her thoughts were on the compatriots that she had gotten seperated from. She hadn't seen them for quite a while, and never since she had come across what had to be the enemy. Her only hope was that it hadn't gone after or had friends that could attack the others. For the moment, she felt just as a lonely and scared girl stuck out in the waters of Tokyo Bay, waiting for sign that things would be all right.
*Beep-Beep.*
'That's funny..,' Moon thought idly, 'that sounded like a communicator.'
*Beep-Beep.*
"It was!" she yelled and flipped it open.
Out came a familiar and welcome voice. *"Sailor Moon! Sailor Venus! Sailor Saturn!"*
"Rei-chan!"
"Usagi..," Rei said with a sigh of relief, "You're okay."
*"Nuh-uh,* went the reincarnated Princess, "I got stuck going down into a smelly icky sewer and got seperated from Mina-chan and Hotaru-chan... And then this big mean thing came after me!"
A look passed between Mars and Uranus as they took in the odangoed haired girl's words. "So what happened to them?"
*"I don't know! One moment they were there, and then POOF! They're gone!"*
"Where are you now?"
*"Swimming."*
"What?"
*"That scary thing chased me out of the pipe and I wound up jumping from really high into the water."*
"Damn..."
*"But are you guys okay?"*
"We'll..," Uranus muttered, "Get back to you on that one. We're fine for the moment though."
*"Good! I don't want any of my other friends to get hurt!"*
"We're safe here."
"Interesting way of putting it," drawled a new voice.
The two Senshi in the room looked up and saw a trio of new faces, all in pajamas in the hallway. One was a pretty brunette in a conservative nightdress looking around concernedly and the mustached man was sobbing about 'his home'. And the one that had spoken turned out to be an attractive girl with short brown hair holding out a piece of paper.
"What's this?" asked the Senshi of Uranus.
"A bill," the girl told her with a smirk.
"For what?"
"For the damages that you and your friends here have done to my family's home. You did blow up a good deal of what is an ancestral residence, and broke in during the middle of the night to do that."
"Well... We thought that our friends were here..."
The girl arched a brow. "And you just couldn't ask first?"
"We were kind of on edge, you know."
"So you decided to thrash our home in the middle of the night and attack those who live here?"
"I..."
*"Uranus-chan?! You blew up someone's house?!"* came Moon's voice over Mars' communicator.
Putting her gloved hand over her face, Uranus sighed, while:
