Ryoga smiled at his mates excitment, "Well Ranma as an ice-dragon your magic spells will identical to my own magic spells but instead of fire you'd use ice. But you can create new magic spells from ones you already know or revised them and make them your own. It's almost like doing ki attacks except they require more energy and practice to perform." He explained, "You can also fuse your magic spells with another dragons magic and make the spell even more powerfull and since we already know what happens when fire and ice energy collide with each other, forming a powerfull tornado attack a.k.a Hiryu Shoten Ha or heaven blast of the Dragon."
"Now I know where the attack and name came from." Chuckled Ranma.
"You know when That old Amazon was showing you the attack I wanted to show the easier way to perform the attack without the use of the spiral but than the old Amazon would've known about my secret and you'd never believe me if I told you then that I was really a dragon." Said Ryoga with his tail slowly waving behind him.
Ranma just smiled, "You're probably right but I would love to see the look on Colognes face if she ever found out the truth, she'd probably have a heart attack."
Ryoga chuckled, "I bet she would and you know she's a hundred years younger than me and so is Happosai. If they ever found out that would kill them even more."
"I'll bet it would."
