Britanny was a tad too preoccupied to notice all the details however. This was because moving at barely subsonic speeds in a narrow hallway is an inherently tricky maneuver. And when the pig tailed target you were planning on pouncing suddenly ceases to be part of the equation, and you’re in mid air and still moving at just under Mach 1, well, bad things tend to happen.
“OOPH! UGH! AH!” Cheetah grunted as she rolled, slid, and bounced along the floor, finally coming to a gentle stop as she slid into a wall. Being a werecheetah, the bumps and bruises from her little accident were already half healed by the time she came to rest. The damage done to her PRIDE however…
“Ooohhhh! That kid is SO dead when I catch him!” She grumped, hoping Gina’s security cameras hadn’t seen that.

Meanwhile, in a certain super genius’s lab a large screen monitor displayed footage of a rather familiar scene. The chair in front of the screen appears empty however.
“BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Snicker.. Snort.. Deep breath.. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!”
Of course, that could be because the person previously sitting in it is now laying on the floor, holding her sides in, and laughing hysterically until tears start to leak from her eyes.
“Heh heh heh heh.. Oohhhh.. I’m burning THAT one to DVD!”

Now, one may wonder exactly what door DID Ranma leap through as he dodged Cheetah’s pounce? Well, there are some people who are just born lucky. People who seem to have everything go their way. People who would run through a random door, and find themselves outside. Or right next to an escape pod of some sort. Maybe even run right into another portal that would drop them back home.
But really, this is Ranma we’re talking about here. Which was why the little sign above the door read:
